TH-F001 Reverse Osmosis Scale Inhibitor
Properties:
The molecular structure of the product contains active groups with strong chelating ability for metal ions such as calcium, magnesium, and iron, which can efficiently control the precipitation and deposition of common scales such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate in membrane separation systems; and can interfere with the growth of crystals such as calcium carbonate and calcium sulfate, making them loose and easily washed away by water flow, thereby preventing scale from depositing on pipelines and equipment; Extend the cleaning cycle of the reverse osmosis system, improve water production and quality, and reduce operating costs. In the meantime, the active groups in the molecule can form a dense protective film on the metal surface, effectively preventing the corrosion of corrosive media such as O2 and Cl -, and possessing excellent corrosion inhibition properties.
The product also has a certain surface activity, which is beneficial for dispersion and permeation in water treatment systems. It has good chemical stability under acidic or neutral conditions and relatively excellent chlorine oxidation resistance. This product is particularly suitable for seawater desalination reverse osmosis systems.

Usage:
The dosage of reverse osmosis scale inhibitor TH-F001 is determined based on the comprehensive analysis report of water quality and the condition of the reverse osmosis system. The recommended dosage is 2-5mg/L.
Package and Storage
Packed in 25L plastic barrels or as customers’ requirement.
Store indoors in a cool and dry place for ten months.
