Zaozhuang Water Treatment Agent Industrial Park is Recognized as a Professional Chemical Industry Park in Shandong Province

On June 27, 2019, the General Office of the Shandong Provincial People’s Government issued the Notice on Announcing the List of the Fourth Batch of Chemical Industry Parks and Specialized Chemical Industry Parks, and announced the list of the fourth batch of identified chemical industry parks and specialized chemical industry Parks. Among them, Taihe Technologies is located in the park “Zaozhuang City water treatment agent Industrial Park” in the list. So far, the identification of Shandong Chemical Park and professional chemical park has come to an end, plus the 65 chemical parks and 7 professional chemical parks announced in 3 batches before, Shandong Province has identified a total of 75 chemical parks and 10 professional chemical parks.

Specialized chemical industry park refers to an industrial agglomeration area formed by the fine chemical industry such as pesticide, coating, water treatment agent, biological chemical industry and new chemical material industry as a link, with matching production and processing system, close industrial ties, mutual supply of raw materials, mature and perfect logistics, special use of public works, unified control of pollutants, supporting safety facilities, efficient utilization of resources, scientific and standardized management.

As the first water treatment agent industrial park in China, the park focuses on the transformation of old and new kinetic energy, integrates related industries, locates three major themes of intensive development, green development and safe development, and focuses on the development of water treatment agents and upstream and downstream supporting industries. The identification of the park will further promote the innovative development of the industry and the construction of industrial chain clusters, which is conducive to the sustainable development of the water treatment agent industry in Shandong province, and is of great significance to solving the problem of resource depletion transformation in Zaozhuang City and cultivating it into a strategic emerging pillar industry in the region.
